How much do e-tickets cost?

Each e-ticket costs £10

Will drinks be provided?

No, so make sure you bring your own! 🙂

Do children enter free?

Yes. Children under 12 enter free.

Can we bring a friend who’s not a resident?

As this year we’ll be hosting a special Harvest Supper, this is strictly a “Residents Only” event.

Can I buy my ticket at the event?

No. In order for us all to feel a little safer this year, we’ve decided to work with an external caterer which means we’ll need to know numbers and dietary requirements by no later than the 27th of September 2021.

Can I buy more than one e-ticket in the same transaction?

Yes. We’ll ask you to enter the name, email, choices and any dietary requirements for all attendees in your group so that each of them can get their own e-ticket. Don’t worry, as the person who’s buying all e-tickets, you’ll always get a copy of all your e-tickets.

How will I get my e-ticket?

When you purc When you purchase your e-ticket we ask that you enter your email address.
As soon as you pay for your tickets, you’ll receive an automated email to confirm we’ve received your order. Your e-ticket(s) will be delivered to your email address within a working day (although this is usually much quicker!).

I’m no longer able to come. Can I get a refund?

If you’re no longer able to come, you’ll be able to obtain a refund providing you let us know by no later than the 27th of September 2021. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded.

Do I need to print my e-ticket?

No. Just show us your e-ticket when you arrive 🙂

I’ve made a purchase but I haven’t yet received my e-ticket.

E-tickets are sent within seconds of completing your purchase. If you’ve waited more than just a few minutes and still haven’t received anything, p Your e-ticket(s) will be sent as soon as your order has been processed. This can take up to one working day – although it’s usually done much quicker. If you’ve waited more than a working day and still haven’t received your e-tickets, please fill in the form below and we’ll re-issue your tickets.
