What are the car parking arrangements?

Weather permitting, we’ll use our cricket field for parking. However, if there’s been significant rainfall before the event, the field may not be suitable. In the unlikely (but possible) event that the cricket field can’t be used, alternative parking will be available, though it may be limited. As a result, you might prefer to cycle, walk (remember a high-vis jacket and a good torch!), or take a taxi. We’ll update our website closer to the event to help you plan accordingly!

How much does an e-ticket cost?

Each e-ticket costs £7.50

Do children enter free?

Yes. Children under 12 enter free.

Can I buy my ticket at the gate?

Yes. We accept both cash and all major debit/credit cards. However, due to the popularity of this event, we’d encourage you to buy your ticket online to guarantee your place!

Do you take cards?

Yes. We accept all major debit/credit cards.

Can I buy more than one e-ticket in the same transaction?

Yes. We’ll ask you to enter the names and emails of all attendees so that each of them can get their own e-ticket. Don’t worry, as the person who’s buying all e-tickets, you’ll always get a copy of all your e-tickets.

How will I get my e-ticket?

When you purchase your e-ticket we ask that you enter your email address.
As soon as you pay for your tickets, you’ll receive an automated email to confirm we’ve received your order. Your e-ticket(s) will be delivered to your email address within a working day (although this is usually much quicker!).

I’m no longer able to come. How do I get a refund?

If you’re no longer able to come, please contact us using the form below quoting your order number (you can find it in the email you received when you purchased your e-ticket) and we’ll process your refund as quick as we can.

You can request a refund up until Saturday 13th November at 5:00 pm. Requests received after this time will not be processed.

Do I need to print my e-ticket?

No. Just show your e-ticket on your email when you arrive so that we can check you in.
Of course, if you prefer, a printed copy would work too.

I’ve got my e-ticket. How do I check in?

Just show us the QR code that’s included in your email and we’ll be able to check you in.

I’ve made a purchase but I haven’t yet received my e-ticket.

Your e-ticket(s) will be sent as soon as your order has been processed. This can take up to one working day – although it’s usually done much quicker. If you’ve waited more than a working day and still haven’t received your e-tickets, please fill in the form below and we’ll re-issue your tickets.
