While it is possible to pay at the entry gate\, we would encourage you to book your ticket(s) here to minimise queues and guarantee your place 🙂 \nPlease take a look at our FAQs where you can find answers to many questions\, as well as a contact form if you need to get in touch. \ne-Tickets cost £7.50 per person (under 14’s free) \nCarparking Arrangements\nWeather permitting\, we’ll use our cricket field for parking. However\, if there’s been significant rainfall before the event\, the field may not be suitable. In the unlikely (but possible) event that the cricket field can’t be used\, alternative parking will be available\, though it may be limited. As a result\, you might prefer to cycle\, walk (remember a high-vis jacket and a good torch!)\, or take a taxi. We’ll update our website closer to the event to help you plan accordingly!

The result is a wonderful buffet of dishes that represent the many nationalities of Wytham residents. \nThere will also be a paid bar and a raffle\, raising funds for the village hall. \nThis is one of Wytham’s biggest events and one not to be missed! \nInstructions: If you’re bringing a dish\, please use the RSVP green button to book your places and to confirm what dish(es) you’ll be bringing. \nIf you’re not bringing a dish\, please purchase a ticket for each person over 12 that will be coming with you.\nYou will be asked to confirm if you’re bringing any children (under 12) at the checkout 🙂 \nAllergens: due to the nature of this event\, it’s extremely likely that all food will contain allergens. DESCRIPTION:*** Booking deadline: 27th September 2021 ***\nYou’ll be able to make your choices and specify any dietary requirements when you purchase your e-ticket 🙂 \nAs the nights draw in and summer gives way to Autumn the entire village comes together to eat some good food\, create memories and give thanks for a successful harvest. \nThis year\, the Harvest Supper will be held in the Black Barn at FAI Farm (parking available) and the meal will be catered for. \nThe main course will be a lasagna (meat or vegetarian) with a choice of salads on the side.\nFor dessert we’ll have a choice between a Fruit crumble or a Lemon cheesecake. \nPlease bring your own drinks 🙂 \nIf you have any special dietary requirements (i.e. gluten/lactose free etc)\, please let us know when you book your e-ticket(s) 🙂 \nEach e-ticket costs £10 (under 12’s eat free). \nEntry at 5:30pm – dinner at 6:00pm.\nAlthough covered\, the barn is very well ventilated\, so it is best to wrap up warm (or bring a blanket)! \nCheck out our FAQs where you can find answers to many questions\, as well as a contact form if you need to get in touch.
